British Virgin IslandsTONINA is based in the British Virgin Islands, a collection of beautiful islands that have been popular with charter guests for many years. Several of the islands are un-inhabited and most have secluded anchorages. Distances between islands are short, which means that there is plenty of time for activities, or time just to chill.

Visit The Baths on Virgin Gorda, a trail through giant boulders Grenadines where the sea and sunlight meet to give a dazzling display. Jost Van Dyke, the “barefoot” island, is known for its fine beaches, restaurants and bars. The sunken island of Anegada is unspoilt, famous for its wildlife and is always worth the trip.

TONINA makes occasional visits to the Grenadines, a string of islands that sit between St Vincent and Grenada. These islands are more widely spaced than the BVI, however, the islands are unspoilt which makes the extra sailing time worthwhile.
Bequia is a particular favourite of Pete and Karen, with its local bars and restaurants. There’s also a turtle sanctuary that’s worth a visit and some of the best diving in the Caribbean.

The breathtaking Tobago Cays are four uninhabited islands enclosed by one of the worlds largest horseshoe reefs - a very special place to stay. And there’s always Mustique if you fancy mixing with the rich and famous. Contact you agent if you are interested in this alternate destination.
